Welcome to Sewforia-Shop. This Shipping Policy outlines our terms and procedures for delivering our product. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).

  • Business days run Sunday through Thursday.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm EET will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom / made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We work with trusted logistics partners (including Egypt Post, Aramex, and other national couriers) to deliver your order safely.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We currently ship to all governorates of Egypt, including:

  • Cairo

  • Alexandria

  • Giza

  • Port Said

  • Suez

  • Luxor

  • Aswan

  • And all other governorates via our logistics network

For remote or newly developed areas, delivery may take 2–3 additional business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your parcel through the courier's website or app.

If you do not receive a tracking link within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@sewforia-shop.com with your order number.

As our business is located within Egypt and we ship to addresses inside Egypt, your order is considered a domestic transaction. Accordingly:

  • No customs duties or import taxes apply to your purchase. Your order travels entirely inside Egyptian territory, so international customs clearance is not required.

  • Value Added Tax (VAT) is already included in the displayed price at checkout. Egypt’s standard VAT rate is 14%, and we collect and remit it in accordance with Law No. 67/2016 and the Egyptian Tax Authority guidelines.

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange re‑delivery.

  • First re‑delivery attempt: Free of charge

  • Second and subsequent attempts: A re‑delivery fee of EGP 80 will apply

If you do not respond within 3 days of the first failed delivery notice, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund (excluding original and re‑delivery shipping costs).

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Damaged goods: Please email us photographs of the damaged item and the outer packaging within 1 day of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Lost shipments: If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days after dispatch, please contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the shipment is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will send a full refund or a free replacement.
